Items purchased on a sale or marked down 25% or more are final sale. These items will not be eligible for a return or refund.

The items must be free of any stains or odors and returned with the original tags.
Shipping the items back to us is the customer's responsibility
The customer will pay for all costs associated with shipping
We recommend purchasing tracked shipping for your return package in case it gets lost or damaged in transit to us. Items lost or damaged during transit back to us are not our responsibility. You will need to start a claim with the shipping carrier you used.
We will process the refund within two business days of receiving your package.
Once the refund is approved, depending on your banking institution, it may take 3-7 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Do not ship any packages to us without speaking with us first. We are not responsible for any packages sent to us without first getting the go ahead from us.
Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer from wear and tear, or insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund. We will ship the package back to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for any related shipping costs.
