We value the satisfaction of our customers and understand that it can be hard to tell the colors and fabric textures through a screen, and one can only truly experience it in real life.

This is why we offer a no-questions-asked return and exchange policy as long as the items are unused, odor-free, and in the original packaging.

I received a damaged or faulty item

We meticulously inspect each item before shipping it out to our customers, but mistakes can happen. We'll gladly replace it for you.

The color is not what you expected or you're not really feeling the fabric? We'll be happy to exchange the item for you.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Damaged or faulty items

  • You simply need to inform us of the details of the item and its damage.
  • We cover all the costs and ship you a new piece and you get to keep the original hijab.
  • While we will never deny a replacement for a damaged or faulty item, we request you to be reasonable. For example, excess thread on the finishing can be easily trimmed with a pair of scissors and does not require a full replacement.

Returns

  • The items must be free of any stains, odors and returned with the original tags. 
  • Shipping the items back to us is the customer responsibility
  • All costs associated with shipping will be paid for by the customer
  • We recommend purchasing tracked shipping for your return package in case it gets lost or damaged in transit to us. Items lost or damaged during transit back to us are not our responsibility. You will need to start a claim with the shipping carrier that you used.
  • We will process the refund, within 2 business days of receiving your package.
  • Once the refund is approved, depending on your banking institution it may take 3-7 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.

Exchanges

  • The items must be free of any stains, odors and returned with the original tags. 
  • Shipping the items back to us and the costs associated with it are the customer responsibility
  • Customer will also have to pay any shipping costs associated with us shipping the replacement item back to them. 
  • We recommend purchasing tracked shipping for your return package in case it gets lost or damaged in transit to us. Items lost or damaged during transit back to us are not our responsibility. You will need to start a claim with the shipping carrier that you used.
  • We will process the exchange and ship out the new item to you within 2 business days of receiving your package. 

Do not ship any packages to us without speaking with us first. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to us without speaking to us first.

Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer from wear and tear or insufficient packaging when returning, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We will ship the package back to the customer. and the customer will be responsible for any related shipping costs.

Momina Modestwear Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.
