Therefore, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. This policy is valid for items that are unused, odor-free, and in their original packaging, starting from the delivery date of your order.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, despite our careful inspection, we are committed to resolving the issue.

  • Reporting Damage:
    • Email us at returns@mominamodestwear.com with:
      • Order number
      • Name of the damaged/faulty item
      • Images/details of the issue
    • We'll get it sorted for you.
  • Handling Damaged Items:
    • After verifying the damage, we will ship a new item and cover all related costs.

Exchanging an Item

If the item you received doesn't quite match your expectations in terms of color or texture, we are here to assist with exchanges.

  • Requesting an Exchange:

      • Name of the item you wish to return
      • Name of the item you wish to receive
    • We will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Exchange Conditions:
    • Items must be stain and odor-free and returned with all original tags and product-specific packaging.
    • For hygiene reasons, hijab under caps and hijab scrunchies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return and replacement shipping.
    • Exchanges are processed within 2 business days of receiving your package.

  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be stain and odor-free, and returned with all original tags and product-specific packaging.
    • For hygiene reasons, hijab under caps and hijab scrunchies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend tracked shipping.
    • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your package. Banks may take an additional 3-7 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Items discounted by 21% or more, or purchased on sale, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Example: 5% Markdown + 20% off discount code.

All markdown items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Important Notes

Please, do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Any damage caused by the customer or insufficient packaging during return renders the item(s) ineligible for refund or exchange. Such items will be shipped back to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs.

Momina Modestwear Inc. reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.
