  • Our US packages are shipped with USPS or UPS.
  • All our packages are insured and come with a tracking number.
  • Shipping times depend on your location, but you can expect to receive your package between 3-7 business days.
  • Packages are shipped out next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped out on Monday or the next business day.
  • Expedited shipping is also available and starts at USD $20+.

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    Here are some additional shipping rules and policies that apply to all packages.
    • All delivery time frames are based on business days and exclude any weekends or holidays. 
    • Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day.
    • Orders may take up to 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
    • The customer is responsible to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.
    US Customs 
    • Section 321: Shipments whose value is worth $800 or less are considered Section 321 entry. These packages are usually duty-free.
    If you decide to return a package due to not wanting to pay the custom duties, the package will be returned to us. We will refund you once we receive the package. Please note: Any shipping costs for the return along with the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your total.

    LOST or STOLEN ITEM

    Lost Package: All our packages are insured and come with a tracking number. If your package is lost during transit, please send us an email at info@mominamodestwear.com and we'll get it sorted out for you.

    Stolen Package: Once a package is successfully delivered to your address, we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages.
