    • Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day.
    • Orders may take up to 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
    • The customer is responsible to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.

    • Section 321: Shipments whose value is worth $800 or less are considered Section 321 entry. These packages are usually duty-free.
    If you decide to return a package due to not wanting to pay the custom duties, the package will be returned to us. We will refund you once we receive the package. Please note: Any shipping costs for the return along with the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your total.

    Stolen Package: Once a package is successfully delivered to your address, we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages.
